CUBAN BEEFBURGERS

(Serves 4 People)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cuban BBQ sachets
  • 1 red onion
  • 500g beef mince
  • Handful of fresh coriander
  • tbs tomato ketchup
  • Fresh bread roll or ciabatta
  • PROFESSIONAL TIPS

  • Add Tabasco sauce for a more spicy flavour
  • For a more authentic meal serve with a Mexican fresh tomato salsa instead of ketchup.
METHOD

  1. Finely chop red onion.

  2. Add mince, Cuban BBQ marinade and coriander to onions and mix together.

  3. Once mixed together shape into 4 beefburgers, using a fork to help create the correct shape.

  4. Cook under the grill, fry or bbq. To ensure cooked prick and make sure juices run clear.

  5. Serve with lettuce, fresh tomato and cheese in a fresh bread roll.
