INDONESIAN MONKFISH

(Serves 4 People)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Indian Sachet
  • 4 monkfish fillets
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 cooking bag
  • PROFESSIONAL TIPS

  • When serving sprinkle with fresh coriander
METHOD

  1. Place monkfish fillet in a cooking bag.

  2. Add Indian sachet and mix well.

  3. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.

  4. Empty contents of bag into pan.

  5. Add coconut milk and warm through.

  6. Serve with rice, noodles and steamed vegetables.
