TRADITIONAL BOLOGNESE

(Serves 4 People)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Italian sachet
  • 2 red onions
  • 500g minced beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tin of chopped tomato
  • 1 cube of beef stock
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 360 grams of spaghetti
  • PROFESSIONAL TIPS

  • Add a dash of red wine.
  • Add 2 tsp spoons of red pesto.
METHOD

  1. Chop 2 red onions and cloves of garlic

  2. Mix 1 Italian sachet and gently fry for couple of minuits.

  3. Add 500g of mince and brown, cook for a further 15 mins for extra flavour.

  4. When mince is cooked, add 1 can of chopped tomatoes, stock, extra ingredients and simmer for 20 mins.

  5. Serve with spaghetti.
