MEXICAN WRAPS

(Serves 4 People)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Mexican sachet
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 lime
  • 8 tortilla wraps
METHOD

  1. Slice red onion and pepper.

  2. Mix 1 Mexican sachet with vegetables and gently fry until golden brown.

  3. Add diced chicken breast to pan and brown.

  4. Add ½ tin of chopped tomatoes, ½ lime and simmer for 10 mins.

  5. Serve with tortilla wraps.
