GARLIC & HERB CHICKEN
Serves 4 People
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Provencial sachet
- 2 red onions
- 25g butter
- 4 chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs
- 150ml of long life double cream
- Add a dash of white wine
- Use crème fraiche for a lighter dish
- Use long life cream it will not curdle

METHOD

Finely dice 1 large onion.

In pan, mix onion with 1 Provence sachet, then heat pan and gently fry on a medium heat to create a paste.

Meanwhile in separate pan, melt a knob of butter.

Add 4 chicken breasts or thighs and cook through (approx 25 mins).

When chicken is ready, add paste, and 150ml of long life double cream, constantly stirring, and simmer for a few minutes.

Serve with rice or new potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
