STUFFED CHICKEN FILLETS
(Serves 4 People)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Provencial sachet
- 4 chicken fillets
- 25 grams of butter
- 200g cream cheese
- 8 slices of streaky bacon
- When cooking with butter cook on a low heat.
- Add a sprig of herbs for presentation.

METHOD

Mix 1 Provencial sachet with cream cheese.

Fillet chicken in half and stuff cream cheese and marinade into chicken.

Wrap chicken with bacon to bind chicken together.

Heat butter in pan and cook chicken on low to medium heat for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

Serve with new potatoes and vegetables of choice.
