STUFFED CHICKEN FILLETS

(Serves 4 People)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Provencial sachet
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 8 slices of streaky bacon
  • PROFESSIONAL TIPS

  • When cooking with butter cook on a low heat.
  • Add a sprig of herbs for presentation.
METHOD

  1. Mix 1 Provencial sachet with cream cheese.

  2. Cut a slit about 4-5cm across the chicken and fill with cream cheese mixed with marinade.

  3. Wrap chicken with bacon to bind chicken together.

  4. Heat butter in pan and cook chicken on low to medium heat for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Serve with new potatoes and vegetables of choice.
