The Garden catering BBQ buffet can add flare and excitement to even the smallest of events. Our selection of quality marinated meats combined with delicious salads can provide your guests with a healthy satisfying meal. To add an element of formality to the informal atmosphere often associated with BBQs, we suggest incorporating items from our Canapé menu some of which can be specially prepared on our BBQ Grills.

Aberdeen Angus 100% beef burger with bacon and cheese or marinated chicken breast with corn on the cob, pork and herb sausage, smoked hickory ribs, sautéed onions, new potato and red onion salad, mixed leaves and beef tomatoes.

Platter of BBQ corn on the cobs with butter, Platter of chicken brochettes with a herb & garlic marinade, Platter of chicken brochettes with a Cuban marinade, Platter of Greek Meze; houmous, tzasiki, taramasalata, olives and feta, flatbreads, Platter of lamb koftas kebabs, Platter of marinated Mediterranean roasted vegetables .

Sweet pepper and garlic chicken or lamb fillet marinated in cumin, paprika, onion and fresh herbs or stuffed peppers (v) with Greek salad, herb green leaf salad, roasted aubergine and tomato with yoghurt, garlic & coriander, cous cous salad, taramasalata, houmous, tzasiki with flatbreads.

THE GARDEN GRILL £16.50
Herbs de Provence infused chicken fillet, with a fresh salsa or Orkney Isles rib eye steak, with a selection of ‘The Garden’ marinades or tenderised lamb fillets brochette or Stuffed peppers (v) with rustic bread selection, Italian mixed leaf salad, new potato and red onion salad, Boston coleslaw, Mediterranean salad, roasted pepper and cous cous salad.
