The Garden is a family run business set up by Graham and Alison, a husband and wife team. We have been in business for 20 years (and still married!) Over the years we have catered for many events across the UK and Europe, from music concerts, film premiers, conferences, office events and weddings.

In these strange times we all find ourselves in, we are adapting what we do a little. Our team of professional chefs have been busy cooking great dishes, that we can bring to your home. Our new subscription based service allows you to give yourself a night off from planning, prepping and cooking dinner and let us do all the hard work for you. All you have to do is simply heat, eat and enjoy!

  • HOW DOES IT WORK? >

    • Download The Garden App, input your location, choose your delivery day and your meal plan. You will be asked your food preference; meat / vegetarian. This will be your default setting in case you forget to make your meal selection for the following week.

      Select from our 8 weekly recipes; meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan, then choose any extras such as sides, desserts or wine.

      On the Friday the week before your delivery day we will place your order and it will be charged to your chosen method of payment.

      The Garden will deliver your meal on your chosen delivery day directly to your door.
  • SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE? >

    • Subscription means on your first order you are charged £10.00 for a cool bag, ice blocks and metal containers, these items will be used for each delivery and swapped over on your next chosen delivery day. These items are yours to keep, even if you choose to stop your subscription.

      Remember you can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like.
  • THE MENU? >

    • Our menus change fortnightly, our recipes consist of predominantly slow cooked or marinated meals that are time consuming to prepare, cooked by our professional team using fresh ingredients with a focus on healthy, high quality, delicious food.
  • PRICING? >

    • We charge a 'one-off' £10.00 for your cool bag and containers - this is added to your order at checkout. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, the cool bag and contents are yours to keep. Our recipe prices are normally £7.50 per person but some more expensive dishes are priced at £8.95 per person. Sides, desserts, wines are priced separately.

      This amount will be charged to your card automatically at our cut off time of 12:00 Friday the week prior to delivery.

      If you have been issued a refund, it should reach your bank within 10 working days.
  • RECYCLING? >

    • To help the environment we have eliminated packaging waste. All deliveries are made in a re-usable branded cool bag that holds the temperature of your delivery. The stainless steel containers are both ovenproof and dishwasher proof. Once your meal is consumed, the containers can be cleaned and then put back in the cool bag ready for collection on your next delivery day. Hence zero waste!
  • CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? >

    • Yes of course anytime, pausing your subscription is real easy, just click on the Profile icon on the app, select Subscription and swipe the on/off button.

      Please note any pausing or cancelling of your subscription must be carried out prior to Friday midday for the following weeks delivery.
  • DELIVERY INFORMATION? >

    • We deliver your cool bag of goodies between 1.00-5.30pm.

      If you are out, simply let us know where we can leave your delivery if no one is in, (there are options on the app). Please note that we cannot be held responsible if your food goes missing and advise the cool bag is not left out for more than two hours.

      If you want to change your delivery information, such as your address or delivery date please go to your app, click on the Profiles icon and edit accordingly. You can also update your payment information, billing address and personal details on this page.
  • WHAT AREAS DO WE DELIVER TO? >

    • We deliver to the following postcodes – KT1, KT2, KT3, KT4, KT5, KT6, KT7, KT8, KT9, KT10, SW19, TW10, TW11, TW12
  • HEATING INSTRUCTIONS AND USE WITHIN DATES? >

    • You will receive heating instructions with your delivery. The majority of our dishes just need heating, simply place the containers directly in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Please don't reheat the metal containers in the microwave. Please ensure your food is piping hot before you consume it.

      Please refrigerate on receipt 0-5c and consume your food within 2 days. Meals can be frozen (best on the first day) but please decant into alternative containers first.
  • ALLERGEN INFORMATION? >

    • In addition to the specific allergen information provided for each recipe, we’d like to alert you to the fact that we also use the following allergens in our kitchens: Soya, Sesame, Nuts, Dairy, Gluten, Sulphates and Mustard. Allergen advice available on request.
