The brief
A private client asked us to provide a hot buffet service for their anniversary celebration for 80 guests, held in a beautiful old church just outside The City of London.
What we did
We cooked everything in our own kitchen in Chessington, and our team delivered it to the church in temperature controlled boxes in our electric vans. Six of our staff then ran the buffet and bar on the day ensured all guests were attended to and the reception area was kept clean and tidy of china and glassware. .

Chicken and Tarragon
Beef Bourguignon
Roasted New Potatoes, Carrots and Green Beans
Why it worked
A hot buffet is a relaxed way to feed a large group, and it suited a family celebration. With our team handling the food, the hosts could enjoy the evening with their guests.
