The brief
Kawasa Investments Ltd asked us to cater an outdoor event for 75 guests in Portman Square, one of central London’s garden squares. As well as the food and drink, they wanted advice on turning an open garden into a comfortable space for their guests.
What we did
We advised on the marquees and the layout of the square, with poseur tables scattered across the lawn so guests could gather, chat and move around freely.
Under cover, we dressed tables in crisp white linen, laid out a cold buffet and set up a bar. Our team of three staff circulated with canapés and drinks throughout, so guests were looked after wherever they were in the square.
